Arden Park         Beverly Hills, California, United States $16,500,000   This superb 1926 Wallace Neff Spanish Revival home, restored and expanded, has captured a new sales record for Beverly Hills. The owner purchased the adjacent property, built a guest house and greenhouse to match the original home, and created park-like grounds with rolling lawns and Mediterranean-style gardens. The interior features include a formal entry to a huge living room with stenciled beam ceilings, massive fireplace and hardwood floors, wood-paneled library, Moroccan tile sunroom, formal dining room and tiled gourmet kitchen. This Arden Park property sold at a record high in Beverly Hills at $16,500,000.

It was listed at $4,550,000, and sold on January 25, 2007 as the first sale in York to break the four-million-dollar barrier.

The Frick Estate         Alpine, New Jersey $58,000,000   This 63-acre Alpine, New Jersey estate owned by a grandson of steel-industry magnate Henry Clay Frick includes a 10,000-square-foot English Manor-style main house, two guest homes, three greenhouses, a pool and a tennis court. The 1930s house, which was renovated about 10 years ago, had been in the Frick family for more than half a century. Alpine is about five miles north of Manhattan and the George Washington Bridge. This listing sold for $58 million and ranks among the highest ever in the United States.

102 Park Street         Portland, Maine $1,575,000   This townhouse built in the 1830s rises 5 stories with a six story cupola that has sweeping views of the Portland skyline including Portland Harbor, the Ship Channel and the Atlantic Ocean. Every architectural detail was refurbished and left intact, including carved moldings and ceiling details. While many of the houses on the street are no longer single family residences, this is one of three remaining on this street in historic Portland. This listing represented a record sale of $1,575,000 in the city of Portland for a non-waterfront single family residence.

This property has 476 acres adjoining a National Forest, which includes almost one mile of Elk Creek frontage and views of the famed Wilson peaks and Sneffles range. This is the largest regional ranch sale in both size and dollar volume for vacant ranch land in Telluride/San Miguel County, Colorado.

Millbrook Plantation         Georgetown County, South Carolina $1,500,000   History-steeped and graceful, this 29-acre plantation served as cornerstone to the Santee Delta's rice empire. This property was sold for $10,300,000, making it the highest price sale in Newport.

The Stargazer Penthouse at The Peaks         Telluride Mountain Village, Colorado $3,075,000   This three-level penthouse residence located on the southeast corner of Telluride Mountain Village's Peaks Resort & Golden Door Spa, sold for the highest annual price per square foot of any sale in the Telluride market: $1,195/foot. This home sold for $3,075,000.
