خبير عقاري في Cranbury, New Jersey United States
Richard Chenoweth brings a lifetime of experience in Princeton and a deep knowledge of home design to his work at Callaway Henderson Sotheby's International Realty. A Princeton native, Richard attended Princeton Public Schools and graduated from The Hun School of Princeton. His education continued at Vanderbilt University where he studied Engineering and Art and he later earned his Master of Architecture degree from the University of Virginia. Richard went on to practice architecture for many years in Washington D.C and won several Washington Chapter AIA Awards for design excellence and historic resources. He was the principal designer of the Washington Metro canopies found at many of the station entrances and as past president of the American Society of Architectural Illustrators, Richard has curated major exhibits and conferences. Most recently, he lectured on his digital re-creation of the history of the U.S. Capitol Building where his research was supported by the Gabriel Prize and Capitol Fellowships. As a residential architect, Richard gained a natural and easy rapport with clients and contractors alike. Working with and studying historical houses and landscapes, he developed an expert sense for architectural detailing, site planning, and other practical issues. In larger firms, he often worked in the marketing of commercial, residential, and institutional projects. With Richard's intimate knowledge of the Princeton area and his experience as a professional architect, Richard brings a unique perspective to buying and selling a home.
