Matthew Pope is a real estate advisor who, until recently, was based in New York. Over the last 14 years, he has worked with top Manhattan firms such as Elliman and Corcoran, as well as two large (400+units) condominium ìnew developmentî opportunities. In addition, he represented both buyers and sellers through his own firm, Town & Hudson, as a licensed broker. His professional and discreet clientele list is a diverse whoís-who encompassing everyone from CEOs and hedge fund managers to key executives from the technology spectrum and entertainment industry. Matthew is excited to be back in his native Los Angeles County representing Vista Sothebyís International Realty. 

Matthew is an expert whose key professional strengths include executing and closing sales objectives paired with a keen ability to identify and anticipate customer needs.

Matthew comes from a family dedicated to serving others. Both parents worked at the United Nations. Frank H. Pope, his father, was President of Kiwanis in Palos Verdes and founder of the Palos Verdes Marathon. His mother, Jeanne M. Pope, was a proactive resident, a community advocate and a teacher at Miraleste High School. 

In his spare time, Matthewís hobbies include fishing, tennis, stand up paddle-boarding, windsurfing, camping, and barbecuing with friends. Additionally, Matthew enjoys dual citizenship (USA & Ireland) and lived in Europe for almost 10 years after finishing school, working and discovering its cultures and people.
