
Eric Malley is a Senior Global Real Estate Advisor and Associate Broker at Sotheby's International Realty in New York. He is recognized as one of Manhattan's most accomplished brokers and ranks in the top 1% of 46,000 NRT agents nationwide. To date, he has sold over 300 homes ranging from penthouses to condos and townhouses, from the Upper East and West Sides to SoHo and TriBeCa.
With more than 16 years of experience, Mr. Malley maintains an extensive roster of sophisticated, discerning clients from New York and across the globe, particularly from Europe and Asia. He has represented Fortune 500 CEOs, TV personalities, celebrities, politicians, personal friends and family members with the purchase or dispossession of their homes or investment properties, ranging in value from $1 to $25 million and occasionally higher.
Mr. Malley is the founder of MGCM, a residential private equity fund with $475 million under management. Additionally, he operates a property management company known as MMG, serving investor clients owning up to 20 individual condominium units.
Mr. Malley was educated in finance in both New York and London and is a prospective 2014 graduate of Harvard Business School. He is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York, which has designated him as a New York Residential Specialist (NYRS) for professional excellence and advanced education. As an established real estate expert, he has been quoted and featured in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, New York Magazine, The Real Deal and Avenue Magazine.
Mr. Malley was born in New York. He and his family reside in Downtown Manhattan as well as in Southampton, New York.
