Bill specializes with homes located Inside the Beltline (ITB), (having lived in Oakwood for 15 years), the buying and selling of historic homes, North Raleigh, Garner and in the flipping market representing buyers of homes in need of renovation and updating and the resale of the home upon completion. Bill has success in Short Sales as well. Understanding how short sales work, working with a knowledgeable short sale attorney and understanding the process results in a close every time! Bill was born and raised in Rhinebeck NY and lived in NYC for 7 years and Austin Texas before moving to Raleigh in December 1994. He is a graduate of the SUNY system, State University of New York at Oneonta with a B.S. in Business Economics. Bill was raised on competitive swimming, swimming Age Group, High School, College and Masters swimming. He is also very active and involved in our Raleigh community and has the privilege to be a member of the North Carolina State Capitol Foundation Board; which raises monies for the preservation and upkeep of one of North Carolina's most prestigious homes, the North Carolina State Capitol. Bill is a 13 year member of the Board of the Crape Myrtle Festival Inc., a 100% volunteer organization that has raised over $1 million dollars in support of organizations and people living with HIV and AIDS. Bill has ridden a bicycle over 1000 miles in Rides in support of people living with HIV and AIDS.
