Mary Carolyn Gatzke, CRS, GRI, ABR, joined the Williams Trew Sotheby's International Realty team as a sales agent in 2004 and promoted to Broker Associate in 2011. Her continued education course work and high productivity levels earned her the esteemed Council of Residential Specialist designation, as well as several other designations. Fewer than 4% of all licensed Realtors nationwide have earned the CRS credential. A testament to the quality of Williams Trew, she joins 11 colleagues in the office who have achieved this honor.

Born and raised in Fort Worth, M.C. is a graduate of Fort Worth Country Day School. M.C. earned a BA from Southwestern University in 1997 and a Master's degree from Baylor University in 2000. Prior to joining Williams Trew, M.C. was a licensed assistant to one of Texas' top real estate producers. She worked in sales and marketing for sports organizations including the Big 12 Conference, Dallas Stars and Texas Rangers before devoting herself full-time to residential real estate sales in 2003.

M.C. and Ashley Mooring formed a partnership in early 2009. Different than most agents, M.C. and Ashley work as a team in all aspects in order to better service clients. Working closely with the client, the duo develops an innovative project plan and orchestrates the entire process step by step.
