I am the team leader of Patton Group Properties, a five-member group of licensed REALTORS marketing property and representing Buyers and Sellers throughout the Salt Lake Valley and Park City communities. Over the years our business has expanded to include the entire state of Utah with our focus on residential and commercial properties. Our group offers a wide range of experience and expertise and because of our knowledge and experience we make a positive difference in the real estate transaction. As a team, we support each other in the daily operation and building of our business, which results in better customer service and a smoother transaction for our clients.

EXPERIENCE: Previous to my position as head of Patton Group Properties, I sold real estate in New York City as the Principal Broker of Patton Young Properties and have also held positions as an Associate Broker for Debra Kameros Company and as a manager for Metropolitan Living, a subsidiary of Rockrose Development Company. I hold a degree from New York University where I attended Tisch School for the Arts and the Gallatin University. I am also a graduate of Interlochen Arts Academy. I received scholarships from New York University, Kansas City Ballet, and Interlochen Arts Academy. My background is in arts administration, theater and ballet.

TRULY REMARKABLE SERVICE: I am a full service residential Real Estate Broker in both single family homes and condominium sales. Because of my early experience in the condominium market in New York City, I have an extensive knowledge of condominium development and marketing. Since living in Salt Lake City I have had the opportunity to work with new condominium projects such as The Broadway Lofts, Park 7 and regularly consult with developers on future projects. In addition to development projects, my team and I sell pre-existing single family homes and pre-existing condominiums along the Wasatch Front.

ASSOCIATIONS: I am an active member of the National Board of REALTORS and the Wasatch Front Regional MLS Association. I have maintained my New York State Brokerage license in good standing for over twenty years. In 2010, I went back to school to get the following designations: CRS, GRI, and Green Associate Broker.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT: I believe in being active within my community and I have participated in several community outreach programs and activities such as, a corporate board member of the Ronald MacDonald House, Utah Aids Foundation, Sundance Film Festival volunteer and Salt Lake City Film Center. I have served as Treasurer of American Towers Board of Trustees--a 357 unit downtown Salt Lake City condominium complex--with an annual budget in excess of $1.9 million. Professionally, I have consistently ranked in the top 5% of REALTORS.
