Having lived in Europe and South America for many years, Sandra Hachmann Simic brings to her profession a wealth of foreign contacts and multi-cultural experiences. A true "Citizen of the World", Sandra enjoys speaking Spanish and German with customers and friends.

Sandra is a graduate of Kenyon College in Ohio, and has a Masters degree from Simmons University in Massachusetts. Along with her husband Dan, she has enjoyed the remodeling and sale of numerous homes in different parts of the world as well as in Florida. One such project is the historical renovation  of the first bank building in the Venice/Nokomis area, originally constructed by Dr. Fred Albee in 1923. This experience gave Sandra and her husband an in-depth personal knowledge of both City and County government permitting and building codes and procedures.

Now a full time Broker Associate, Sandra gives her customers the personal attention needed to find their dream home, whether their lifestyle is waterfront, golfing or simply relaxing in our Island paradise. Sandra and Dan have two daughters, Daniela and Alexandra. Together, they enjoy traveling, playing tennis and shopping for antiques.
