James balances interpersonal skills and astute marketing instincts with a sense of responsibility for each client’s needs and satisfaction. He makes it his business to explore each client’s requirements in scrupulous detail and to respond with the best market advice available. Prior to launching his real estate career James won extensive management and community experience working as an Executive Director for the St. Vincent De Paul Society of Ottawa. There he headed a large staff and helmed substantial growth in the agency’s pioneering city-wide recycling enterprise. Through this role James worked with many of the city’s leaders and gained insight into Ottawa’s extraordinary assets and real community challenges. As well he built experience in a public role, speaking at charitable functions and delivering television, radio and press interviews. James has two children. He lives and works in the heart of the recreational village of Chelsea.
