Born and raised in Atlanta, GA, Less Arnold moved to Boston in 1998 to pursue a career in publishing with The Atlantic Monthly. After exploring diverse career opportunities ranging from magazine reporting and research to non profit fund-raising, Less natural affinity for forging relationships and her knowledge of the city merged into a career in real estate. Less joined Gibson Sothebys International Realty in 2003 where she embarked on the goal of thoroughly learning the real estate business.
