Coralea loves real estate and has been actively involved in the business since first receiving her license in 1979. She is dedicated to making each transaction as smooth as possible because she wants her clients to be happy. It is her livelihood, and she would not be in business if it were not for each and every satisfied client she has had the privilege of serving.
After receiving a Bachelor of Science in Finance from San Diego State University, Corey started her own company, Corey Graham Represents, based in San Francisco. As the firm's principle, Corey represented film directors and commercial photographers in the advertising and design industries. She enjoyed working with creative professionals and being able to offer clients the best possible representation.
Corey began to make her transition into real estate as a commercial real estate broker with Commercial Realty Group in the San Francisco Bay Area. While there, she specialized in sales of multi-unit residential buildings. After realizing that her creative and people skills were not being utilized to their maximum, she made the transition into residential real estate. She has thoroughly enjoyed assisting her clients in purchasing both primary residences and income properties in the San Francisco Bay Area and in the Wood River Valley environs.
For Corey, finding the perfect match for clients is part art, part science and part intuition. She loves using her vast array of skills and contacts to assist clients in maximizing their real estate investments, from first-time buyers to experienced investors.
As a real estate agent in both California and Idaho, Corey is a member of professional organizations including the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, Marin Association of Realtors, Marin Women's Council of Realtors, Sawtooth Board of Realtors, and Idaho Association of Realtors.
