He is a past president of the Teton Board of Realtors, graduate from the University of North Dakota, member of the Wyoming Guides and Outfitters Association and Rotary International, past head coach and present general manager of the Jackson Hole Moose Hockey Team, and past Board of Director of Real Estate Services, Jackson Hole Realty.

Tom Evans was named one of the Top 200 Real Estate Professionals in November 2007 by The Wall Street Journal. Tom's total sales volume ranked him 11th in the nation, placing him at the top of the field of the Jackson real estate market. Among his landmark sales are the listing and sale of the 1,500-acre BAR BC Ranch, listed at $112 million and achieving the highest price paid for a property in Teton County, the 1,200-acre Spring Gulch Ranch, listed at $75 million, and over $212 million in resales at the Bar BC and the Bar B Bar Ranches in Jackson Hole.
