Chad grew up in Tucson where his family still resides. Chad earned his Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and his Masters in Business Administration from the University of Kansas. He majored in business finance in both degrees. After graduate school, Chad returned to Phoenix in 1986. Chad's banking career included extensive real estate finance for home builders, commercial developers and other corporate clients. Specializing in the luxury home markets in central Phoenix, the Arizona Biltmore, Paradise Valley, Arcadia and Scottsdale, Chad has consistently earned sales awards and client praise.
