Susan is a Licensed Associate Broker, Certified Buyer Representative, has a certificate in Short Sales, and was named the 2011 Top Producer in Shelter Island. Susan is well versed and experienced in selling and listing properties on the East End and considers Shelter Island her specialty as she has deep roots in the community. Ms. Cincotta has been active in Real Estate on the East End since the early 1980's. She began working in the Construction Trade and for Real Estate Trusts as a property manager and general contractor and also built her own home. Since the mid 1980's she has worked in Real Estate and was named the Top Producer in her office for several companies many years in a row before coming to Daniel Gale Sotheby's International Realty in the fall of 2010.Before Real Estate she worked in Theatrical Publishing for the Motion Picture Industry in Advertising and Photography in Manhattan, a career that came out of her training as an Actress with a love of sales. She still acts all over the East End and coaches student actors in the Shelter Island School Productions. Susan is the VP of the Shelter Island Chamber of Commerce and on the Board of the local Theatre Group, the Shelter Island Players.
