Beth Ulrich began her real estate career in 1993 and quickly became one of the top agents in the Twin Cities. She specialized in new construction and her strengths include communication and customer service. For 10 years she took a break from selling homes to help build a family-owned creative communication and marketing business called Fuzzy Duck Design. At Fuzzy Duck her primary duties were sales and marketing consulting. In 2012 Beth returned to real estate. She has joined Bohland Homes as their sales manager and handles all onsite and offsite sales. Beth also co-founded a non-profit called The Caring Effect where she does a radio show to bring awareness to the needs of others and then give the listeners the tools to make a difference. She is an active member of the Wayzata Rotary, Wayzata Chamber, Sheriff Stanicks Community Advisory Board, Minneapolis Breakfast Club as well as Past Board Member of the Twin West Chamber and Sherburne State Bank. As part of her community involvement, she also leads marriage retreats, teaches confirmation and is the Chair of The Community Prayer Breakfast. Beth and her husband Eddie have been married for 20 years and they have four daughters ages 19,14,12 and 9. Beth's knowledge, high energy and positive attitude helps keep the Bohland experience upbeat and enjoyable ever step of the way.
