Kaaren Atkin grew up in Michigan and came to California in 1971. After a successful 15 year career in the entertainment industry in Southern California she moved to Northern California in 1985 seeking a life style change and a place to raise a family. Establishing her home in Healdsburg in 1989 she met and married her husband Hunt Conrad. Together they have a 13 year old son who attends Healdsburg Jr. High. Kaaren has been a full time real estate professional since 1989. She has extensive experience in rural estate property, vineyard/winery property, in-town residential and investment properties. She has consistently been a top producer in her company. Her continued success is a reflection of her providing the best service, local knowledge and insights into the continuing changes in the real estate market. The majority of her business is from repeat clients and referrals. She is committed to her family and community; both are a strong measure of her success. She has given her time to many local groups including, The Felta Education Foundation and The Healdsburg Animal Shelter and West Side Union School. She is an active practitioner of yoga and enjoys playing golf. Her business philosophy is "I want every client to feel like they are my only client.
