Multiple skills are needed and due diligence must be taken to insure a great outcome. Money changes hands, but more importantly, hopes, dreams, and lifestyles are on the line. I look at the whole process a little differently. Times have changed, and I've embraced that. It's a tougher market all around and I take a more holistic view. There are many brokerages and agents, and each have their own "spin" on what they can do for you. I don't believe in "spin".
