Originally from Oxford, Michigan, Mark attended Michigan State University, where he studied computer aided design, manufacturing and engineering. He developed skills in construction design and management and quickly became the vice president of one of the largest commercial and industrial electrical contractors in Michigan. Mark strived to make every job a win for all parties involved. Design-build also required him to have excellent communication skills and the ability to understand both the clients' needs, as well as the other contractor's intentions. Coordination was always the key to the successful completion of any of his projects.
Mark brought these skills with him to Utah where he started his real estate career and has partnered with Patti Wells. Patti has been successfully marketing Park City and Deer Valley real estate since 1976 and her knowledge and experience are second to none. Mark works with both buyers and sellers, with a focus on his clients' needs. He approaches all of his transactions as a partnership and works diligently to reach the desired outcome. Along with his technology and communication skills, Mark's clients have always benefited from his thoroughness and ability to provide information and service in a timely and comprehensive manner. They have also found his easy demeanor and his knowledge of Park City, construction and technology to be valuable assets to any transaction.
Mark is the proud father of two daughters who compete in gymnastics and together they enjoy all of the mountain lifestyle, including hiking, biking, skiing and hockey. Mark believes in giving back to his community. He coaches the Park City women's hockey team and has also been involved in many philanthropic events, from Relay for Life to Chairman of the Board of Trustees for Odyssey Charter School. Donating time to such amazing organizations is an important part of Mark's life.
