Originally from the East Coast, Christine is a Vanderbilt University alum. She has worked in the Lloyd's of London insurance marketplace, followed by positions that took her to Atlanta, New York and New Orleans, during which she gained 15 years of diverse sales experience in top brands, including Xerox, Microsoft and the House of Blues in the French Quarter.
Christine believes in service from the ground-up, based on a foundation of integrity, sincerity and client service - a foundation upon which long-term friendships and relationships are firmly built. The lion's share of her business is referral-based - a testimonial to her growth and success in becoming a dynamic sales agent with expertise on Park City, Summit County and surrounding areas, including Kamas, Coalville, Heber City and Midway. Christine represents clients of all types; first-time home buyers, luxury resort properties, investment deals, new construction and many repeat buyers and sellers. No matter the size of the transaction, all clients are treated with the same kid-glove service.
At the close of 2015, Christine out-performed all but one agent in her Park City-based Summit Sotheby's offices for number of transactions closed with a total sales volume of almost $18 million in 35 closings, placing her in the top 5% of over 1100 agents working locally. In her first year with the brokerage, Christine was Summit Sotheby's highest-ranked REALTOR, recording an impressive $19 million in production across 32 transactions.
It's a trend that began in 2007 when - just two years after beginning her real estate career - she earned the Park City Board of Realtors' Distinguished New Member Award. In 2008, she received the Professional Achievement Award and was named to the Keller Williams Agent Leadership Council.
Despite the challenges of down-market years, Christine worked diligently to earn sales that would place her in the top 20% of Park City real estate producers in 2010, leading to a 2012 nomination to serve on the Board of Directors for the Park City Board of Realtors and a second Professional Achievement Award the following year. April of 2013 brought an extraordinary professional opportunity when Christine was invited to join the world-respected brand of Sotheby's International Realty and their intimate group of accomplished agents. That same year, she was again nominated and elected to serve a three-year term as a Director on the Park City Board of Realtors.
Her professional accolades are well-earned, but it's the guidance and confidence she provides to clients on both sides of the transaction that places her above her peers in the increasingly competitive field of Park City real estate. Past and current clients describe Christine best:
"Professional, available and knowledgeable." "A seamless experience." "Extremely responsive and diligent." "Great personal attention and initiative."
