A resident since 1971, Robert was a successful general contractor in aspen for 8 years, worked with the owners of Aspen's last 9 large ranches to subdivide and sell their properties, has developed numerous subdivisions, condominium and commercial projects, and arranged for over 4,000 acres to be deed restricted as open space. He completed his graduate studies at C.U.
