Joanne began her real estate career in 2003 with Andy Dielmann as her broker. In 2006, Joanne ventured off establishing a successful independent real estate firm, Metro360° Realty llc - where she focused her marketing and sales talents on condominium conversion communities for national and local developers: ING Realty Partners, Concert Realty Partners, and Mills Properties. Her involvement in condo conversions includes Metropolis DeBaliviere Place, McKnight Crossing Tilles Park and The Boulders at Katy Trail. Joanne quickly became one of the top sales agents in Saint Louis. Later, Joanne was asked to serve as a Broker-Officer for Coldwell Banker Premier Group, helping to train and coach newly-licensed agents.
In 2012, she returned to Dielmann Sotheby's International Realty, where she today, specializes in the sale of luxury properties situated along the central corridor -- including Clayton, Ladue, Frontenac, Town and Country, University City, Creve Coeur, Olivette, Brentwood, Richmond Heights, and the Central West End.
Prior to real estate, Joanne earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Missouri, with minors in economics, communications and writing. She then built a successful career in marketing for corporate giants such as American Express and Ralston Purina.
