A Hong Kong resident from early childhood, Steve's command of conversational Cantonese, combined with 30+ years traveling throughout Asia, has greatly assisted his work, first as a commercial and investment agent with Colliers International and First Pacific Davies (Vancouver and Hong Kong) and now in residential sales and resort developments.
Steve has worked at an executive level in resort and urban real estate markets around the world. Sales and marketing assignments have included master-planned communities in Canada, USA, China, Hong Kong, The Philippines, Dubai, Mauritius and The Turks & Caicos Islands, representing such iconic brands as Four Seasons, Fairmont, Raffles, Intrawest and Westin.
A Whistler resident since 1997, Steve now represents purchasers and sellers of resort properties in Whistler and other parts of British Columbia. Steve also continues to utilize his many years within resort project marketing by offering sales & marketing consultancy services to real estate developers throughout Canada, The Caribbean and Asia.
