Wasatch County and eastern Summit County serve as gateways to the Uinta Mountains, where you'll find alpine forests, lakes, streams, and an extensive wilderness. The rural areas of Kamas, Oakley and Peoa are minutes from Park City and home to the High Star Ranch equestrian development, as well as affordable, single-family homes in the picturesque valley. Woodland and Francis boast world-class fly-fishing waters and are growing in popularity, along with the Victory Ranch Club and Golf Course, which is located along several miles of the Upper Provo River. Coalville, the county seat, is the second-largest town in Summit County, and is located along the Weber River between the Echo and Rockport reservoirs.
