I moved to Jacksonville from North Carolina in 1977. My first adventure was working for home builders as a Lighting Consultant, during which time I became very intrigued with real estate sales. After receiving my realtor's license in 1979, I worked 6 years as an on-site agent for a prominent builder, consistently earning top sales awards from the Northeast Florida Sales & Marketing Council. During this time I developed skills in new construction, working with buyers, architects, and decorators, designing the perfect dream home with holding hands to the completion and closing. With my personal goals of living on our beautiful Atlantic Beaches, I took these experiences to Marsh Landing Realty and moved to a condo on the ocean. My business developed over 20 years and I rose to top sales agent while living my dream and helping others make their dreams come true.
