JB is a fifth generation Floridian and the son of a career United States Air Force father. After college at the University of South Florida and the University of Tampa, he worked in his family's advertising company, EIG Inc., until the company's sale in 1997. That same year he became a member of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and traded index futures until 2003. Real estate brokerage and investment are a natural fit for him given his business experience and the fact that his mother has 35 years in the industry as a top producing agent, broker and coach.
JB is a licensed Broker Associate and has completed the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) coursework on topics from marketing and servicing listed properties to real estate law. Since becoming licensed in 2005 he has developed a comprehensive knowledge of Palm Beach island inventory and pricing of single-family homes, townhomes, condominiums and commercial properties from the inlet to well south of Sloan's Curve. He is prepared to bring all of the local knowledge and global reach resources that the Sotheby's International Realty brand has to offer to a client's needs, whether buyer or seller.
