Jeffrey Firth began his real estate career in 1981 with a small boutique real estate firm in New York which specialized in high-end rentals and sales of cooperative apartments. Since joining Sotheby's International Realty in 1987, he has represented many clients and customers, who are recognized leaders in their respective fields, in the sale of cooperative and condominium apartments and townhouses throughout the city. Last year alone, Jeffrey closed more than $25 million in property sales through 13 transactions. Jeffrey began his real estate career after successful careers in retail/wholesale furniture sales and management of exclusive clubs. As president of the board of directors for his thirty-six unit cooperative over the past four years, Jeffrey has overseen the extensive upgrading of building systems and structural renovations to the building. He received a bachelor's degree in European history from Lawrence University and speaks French.
