Michele Llewelyn loves real estate. As a Global Real Estate Advisor and Associate Broker, she has been in real estate since 1997 and joined Sotheby's International Realty in 1999. She has established a diverse international clientele from actors to corporate CEOs. Michele is known for successfully representing sellers on record-breaking transactions while strategically negotiating outstanding values for her buyers on townhouses, condominiums or cooperatives. Michele listens carefully to her customers and what they need to fulfill their goals. She is dedicated to providing her customers with outstanding service and exceptional results.
Prior to starting a career in real estate, Michele was in worldwide sales with another global company, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, where she achieved President's Club Level. She has a thorough understanding of the power of global brands and the value this brings to her buyers and sellers, offering them maximum exposure.
Additionally, she is able to assist her clients with their real estate needs both nationally and internationally. Through traveling and Sotheby's International Realty's global networking conferences, she personally meets with her domestic and international colleagues so she can refer them to her clients.
Michele holds a degree from the College of Business, University of Arkansas, Fayetteville and has completed real estate courses at Marymount College and NYU. Upon selection by the Real Estate Board of New York, she completed the inaugural course of the elite New York Residential Specialist Designation (NYRS), which focuses on ethics, negotiating skills and industry knowledge. Michele also consistently achieves quarterly status as one of NRT's Top 1,000 Sales Associates out of 35,000 agents. Michele resides in Manhattan and in East Hampton.
