Kimberly Meardon joined the Upper East Side Manhattan office of Sotheby's International Realty from Southern California, where she had a very rewarding career with one of the region's highest volume-producing private residential real estate investment groups. Kimberly found it imperative to learn the business from the inside out and because of that experience has a very hands-on approach. Her philosophy of leaving no stone unturned has led to many successes and numerous happy clients. As a result of her background working for an investor-based clientele, she is able to be extremely discerning and scrutinize every detail for whomever she represents.
Kimberly's clients also benefit greatly from her background in merchandising and design. As a one-time owner and operator of a home staging company, she has incorporated staging techniques into her real estate career.
