Having joined Sotheby's International Realty in 1996, Brooke has had many notable real estate achievements with partner Drew Mandile, including the sale of Moraga Canyon, over 260 acres of raw land in Bel Air, and the self-sale of Owlwood and the adjacent Jayne Mansfield Estate, totaling 10 acres. This $35 million transaction was a record sale. She is master certified with GRI designations.

Brooke is active in community affairs and charitable organizations. In 2008, she was presented the Community Service Award by the L.A. Business Journal. In 2009, she and Drew were named in the top five agents in Beverly Hills, and they were awarded the Crystal Award for Community Excellence by the Maple Counseling Center. She served as President of the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce and as a commissioner on the Little Hoover Commission and the California Coastal Commission. She has served as a director of the Rotary Club of Beverly Hills and is its president-elect.

An accomplished pilot, she has set or broken more than 100 world aviation speed records, including the record for the fastest speed around the world in a civilian jet aircraft, a Gulfstream III. Her Flight for World's Children raised almost $1 million for UNICEF. President Ronald Reagan presented Brooke with the Federal Aviation Award for Extraordinary Service. She has served as the Chair of the California Commission on Aviation and Airports and on the Board of Advisors of the US Air Force and the National Aeronautic Association.
