
Justin Mandile was born in Beverly Hills and attended the Buckley School for 13 years. He went to Indiana University and graduated with honors from the Kelley School of Business, nationally ranked among the top ten business schools in the US. At Indiana, Justin studied business management and real estate, received his Bachelor of Science in Business, became a member of the National Scholars Honor Society and was recognized in the National Dean's List.
After college, Justin became a licensed Realtor and joined Drew Mandile and Brooke Knapp to sell residential property. For six years, Justin was trained by Drew and Brooke, became an active associate of the industry-leading Mandile-Knapp Group and sold over $500 million in residential real estate. One of their more remarkable properties to date is the Hummingbird Nest Ranch, a world-class equestrian estate on over 123 acres listed at $49.5 million.
By 28, Justin Mandile had been involved in the sale of some of the most prime real estate in Los Angeles. Most notable was the sale of the largest privately owned parcel in Bel Air: Moraga Canyon, totaling over 260 acres of raw land.
In June 2010, Justin left the Mandile-Knapp Group and listed over $10 million in single-family homes in the Hollywood Hills, Beverly Hills and Bel Air areas. Justin co-listed with Drew and Brooke in a new 29-unit, high-end condo development on Roxbury Drive called Roxbury Place. The units ranged from approximately $800,000-$1,600,000 and sold out in 18 months.
In 2011, Justin partnered with Drew and Brooke on five high-end units in Beverly Hills called the Barcelona, which the developer had lost in foreclosure. Within six months, all five units had sold with the last penthouse selling over the asking price at $2.3 million.
Since January 2012, Justin has sold and leased over $15 million in Beverly Hills and the Hollywood Hills.
Justin specializes in the Beverly Hills, Bel Air, West Hollywood and Sunset Strip neighborhoods.
