Mike Hulett and Jennifer Liu have been working together since 2004 and have sold in excess of $200M in real estate. They were former business partners and owners of the boutique River North brokerage firm, Atland Realty LLC. The firm was highly diverse operating in many aspects of Chicago real estate: commercial sales and leasing, industrial sales, land acquisition, multi-family investment, as well as all aspects of residential sales. In 2008 Jennifer and Mike made the decision to join Jameson Real Estate and re-direct the team's focus to their core business specialty: residential sales. This includes individual buyers & sellers, multi-family investment properties, as well as builder representation and the development of new construction communities.
The result of this experience is a team highly focused on residential sales yet utilizing strategies and solutions learned in years of commercial, industrial, and investment sales. Very few agents can bring this level of experience and comprehensive industry knowledge to the table. This gives our clientele a distinct competitive advantage in nearly all aspects of the transaction.

A LITTLE ABOUT JENNIFER
Jennifer discovered her passion for real estate soon after completing a psychology degree at the University of Illinois in Chicago. She took a position as a leasing coordinator for a private property management company. Her interest and love for the industry grew rapidly from there. She ventured into the brokerage community just a few months later. Over the course of the next 7 years Jennifer worked diligently to learn the industry and expand her role in it. In the process she has represented dozens of individual buyers, sellers, and developers. Her professional network and expanding clientèle grew and all her hard work eventually resulted in a Chicago Association of Realtors "Top Producer" award. ?To date she has received multiple Top Producer awards. Jennifer continues to represent many of these same clients, the numerous referrals she has received from them over the years, and the new clients who have discovered her as well. Jennifer also manages many of the team's new development projects and handles much of the day to day operations of team business. ?When asked what the key to her success has been Jennifer notes that "I feel my success in real estate has been directly related to my client service approach, diligence, and attention to all the details involved in each transaction".?
