After achieving his undergraduate degree in mathematics and physics, Jason moved from his home state of Michigan to the Windy city in 2001. Quickly landing himself in the real estate industry, Jason has spent the past decade honing his unique skill set. Jason's approach to real estate is hands-on in every aspect of the buying and selling process; lead generation, acquisition, planning, architecture, design, construction and marketing. He has been fortunate to interact with and learn from a variety of professionals from agents and attorneys, to architects and contractors, gaining from each a wealth of knowledge that has earned him the title of New construction and rehab specialist. He has also purchased, rehabbed, and manages several properties of his own. With a passion for urban development and a strong background in analytics, Jason is able to see the opportunity and value in an existing home and understand what it will take to bring it back to life.

His hard work, accountability, and attention to detail set him apart from his colleagues. The highly decorated, 12 year veteran holds two consecutive appearances -2012 and 2013- as part of the Chicago Association of Realtors' top 1% as well as being named one of Jameson Sotheby's top producers from 2008 to present. Jason continues to lead the pack at Jameson Sotheby's International Realty, specializing in new construction and full rehabbed homes, short sales and REO's.

When he's not riding the fast paced real estate wave, Jason slows life down by enjoying time with his wife, new son and two cats at their home in the Ukrainian Village Neighborhood of Chicago. Outside of realty, Jason actively pursues his love of music and playing the guitar, cooking, and running.
