Real estate has been Patricia's professional passion for nearly 30 years. She has held real estate licenses California, Florida and Colorado focusing on residential, multi-family and commercial property development, renovation, rentals and sales. Calling Beverly Hills, Manhattan, Miami and Aspen home at various times of her adult life, while traveling extensively through over 40 countries, Pat has established a network of friends all over the globe, providing her the opportunity to work successfully for dignitaries, royalty and celebrities along the way. Locally, Patricia simply focuses on pairing the right people with the right home at the right price and time. She is thrilled that she has been able to make her living in an industry she has a passion for. She is grateful for all the amazing relationships she has forged along the way.

Patricia's greatest passion is children. Besides having raised two of her own, she has been Vice President of the LA Chapter of Childhelp USA; President of Wings of Childhelp, and held office in the Armenia-American Women's Auxillary. She has worked with orphanages, helping abused and abandoned children through various organizations in the US and abroad. Out of this great love, Pat donates 10% of her personal income to humanitarian charities, so you too can feel like you are making a positive impact on our future generations when you work with Pat.
