As an industry veteran who has handled over 1,100+ real estate transactions totaling more than $1.6 billion sold, I have constructed successful strategies that contain the following elements: a large, targeted marketing budget; state-of-the-art professional photography and video tours; expert preparation and presentation of collateral materials; an up-to-date and evolving web presence including social media and postings to hundreds of websites; excellent networking to target buyers, sellers and colleagues; critical assessment of home's condition prior to presenting to market; coordinating de-cluttering, staging and showcasing home for market; and patient and persuasive negotiating skills with proven results.

I began my career working with builders and developers of new homes for 18 years. Those relationships helped segue into luxury residential real estate and custom lot sales.

There is no higher compliment than a repeat client or referral client. 96% of my business is referral-based with present and past clients. I also have been privileged to be asked by many of my colleagues to represent them in their personal real estate transactions.

I am married to Dr. Todd Lempert and we enjoy three grown children. Dr. Lempert currently holds positions as Chairman of the Radiology Department, Chief of Neurointerventional Surgery, Chief of Interventional Radiology, and sits on the Medical Executive Committee at Mission Hospital. He is also the President of Coast Radiology and Imaging Center. Prior to founding the Stroke program at Mission Hospital, Dr. Lempert started the Stroke Program at Scripps Hospital in San Diego.

I am passionate about children and animals and am a proud supporter of the Mission Hospital Foundation, Prudential's Charitable Foundation, and the Sunshine Kids. In my spare time I enjoy cooking, entertaining friends, running, biking, hiking and golfing.
