Tyler has been in the real estate business for over ten years. He began his career at a Washington, DC title company as a settlement associate, where he acquired invaluable experience on the legal and financial side of both residential and commercial transactions. Subsequently, Tyler transitioned into condominium conversions. He has worked with some of the area's leading developers and has been instrumental in converting over 60 properties into condominiums through the Department of Consumer and Regulation Affairs. As a Realtor, Tyler's knowledge, dedication and professionalism have helped him build an incredibly loyal client base. Amongst his clients, he is known for his local market expertise, dependability, understanding of complex transactions and outgoing personality. Tyler consistently ranks in the top two percent of Realtors nationwide and is licensed in DC, Maryland, and Virginia. Beyond his passion for real estate, Tyler is an avid volleyball, tennis, and softball player. He worked as a professional umpire for Minor League Baseball after finishing college. He also enjoys riding his motorcycle, going to baseball games, and camping. Tyler lives in Logan Circle and strives to give back to his community through various DC nonprofits and by supporting his local United Way.
