I have also learned to approach individuals humbly, listen genuinely, and respond gently and with care. My previous job experiences include stock & bond broker and securities & investment company. Aside from the excellent analytical skills, my effective customer relations always meet customer needs while making customers feel welcome and valued. I have joined real estate business in 1996, using my well-developed customer service skills and wide cliental base; I have successfully helped my clients find their perfect home. In addition, my suggestions assist my clients to accurately allocate capital investment opportunity and further create a strong mutual trust relationship. I believe clients are the most precious assets for a business. Without clients, there will be no business. Thus, my ultimate goal is to cultivate healthy relationship with clients and create win-win situation for all.
