Molly has been working in commercial real estate for 25 years with her father, running a family business that operates commercial properties. This development, leasing, property management and construction experience combined with her experience raising a family of three in Princeton and growing up here herself, provided the ideal credentials for launching her residential real estate career more than 10 years ago.
Molly's experience negotiating leases with CVS, McDonald's, PNC Bank, University of Pittsburgh, Starbucks, and other national companies serves her well when she negotiates on behalf of her clients. Her attention to detail, thorough pricing and market analysis, and knowledge of the area are some of her strengths as an agent. She and her husband have renovated and expanded their own houses, and she regularly oversees commercial construction projects. Her enthusiasm for historic properties along with a realistic understanding of the renovation and construction process makes Molly a valued adviser for buyers and sellers of older houses.
Molly is a graduate of Princeton Day School and Hamilton College (BA in Economics,1979) and a former IBM Marketing Representative (New York City and Pittsburgh from 1979 to 1986), Former Trustee of Hamilton College, Former Alumni Board member of Hamilton and Princeton Day School, and current member and Treasurer of the Garden Club of Princeton.
