John-Michael Kyono's career spans over 14 years as a leading real estate broker in Commercial and Residential Real Estate with a gross sales production of over $500,000,000.
He started his career in 1997 as a Project Sales Manager for a nationally recognized Real Estate Developer where he launched two developments in tandem in an exclusive community in South San Jose. A major Land Trust Company then recruited John-Michael as Community Sales Manager for luxury development to oversee completion of master-planned communities.
It was not long before John-Michael became a top commercial real estate broker in San Francisco. He found his calling for period architecture while representing a developer specializing in brick and timber conversions of historic properties. It was this passion that led him to purchase and restore an historic bar and grill located in Downtown San Francisco.
After starting a family he sold the bar and grill, then started specializing in historic properties, period architecture and single family homes in the San Francisco Bay Area. Through expert knowledge, hard work and dedication he built a solid reputation in the real estate community. He has been honored to represent such significant properties as the Phelan family carriage house, The Mint Building, the Merchant Exchange, the Dahl-Beck building and has closed over 500 sale and lease transactions.
With the combination of John-Michael's experience, negotiation skills and passion, and the Sotheby's International Realty® brand, local and global marketing relationships, you have a team of individuals whom on your behalf, are committed to your success whether you are a seasoned seller or first time home buyer.
