Shannon Rogers' love for real estate runs in his blood. Inspired by several family members, Shannon entered the real estate market at an early age and bought his first home right after college. Obtaining his license with the intention of being a real estate investor, Shannon found he loved the business side as well and has been working full time as a professional realtor since May of 1999.
Shannon provides comprehensive service, seasoned knowledge and strategic guidance to every one of his clients. He consults sellers on pricing, marketing, capitalizing on technology to optimize exposure, and negotiating to achieve the highest price possible. For buyers, he hones in on those properties that suit their specific needs, then researches those selected to identify benefits, value and issues so they make an informed decisions.
A native of Sarasota, Shannon is expert in the market, and has specialized in golf and tennis communities in Lakewood Ranch, Sarasota and the East County area of Manatee for over 13 years. During this time he has also purchased, remodeled and sold several multi-family properties of up to 12 units and currently owns investment property that he leases out. This valuable combination of professional and personal experience gives Shannon an exceptional edge when it comes to advising clients in all facets of the market.
Prior to making real estate his full-time career, Shannon honed his marketing expertise working for an attorney, and his sales skills at a software company that developed products for school districts across the country. His knowledge, integrity and hard work have continued to win clients over and results in lasting relationships to this day.
