Karen Hunn has listed and sold properties in both Colorado and Texas. She earned a BS in Business Education from Abilene Christian University. Karen was the President, owner, and operator of "Midwest Chemical & Supply, Inc", the largest privately held woman-owned janitorial supply company in Denver, Colorado.

Karen is active in her Fort Worth community. She is "treasurer" of her neighborhood HOA and has been President of "Fort Worth Newcomers" since 2012. She regularly attends a monthly book club and a weekly card night in her neighborhood. Karen considers herself to be the neighborhood "Liverpool Rummy card shark".
