As a licensed agent and REALTOR® in Texas since 1986 and licensed Broker since 1994, Melinda is consistently a multi-million dollar producer. Prior to joining Williams Trew Sotheby's International Realty, Melinda enjoyed a successful career in health care marketing. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations/Advertising from Texas Tech University and a Master of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Florida.
In 2009, Melinda received her certification as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist. By earning the SRES® designation, she has the knowledge and expertise to counsel and address the special needs of home buyers and sellers age 50+. Melinda also holds the Real Estate Buyer Agent Council's Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) designation and, therefore, is trained to understand and address the special needs of buyers.
A lifelong resident of the Fort Worth area, Melinda's market knowledge extends throughout Tarrant, Parker and Johnson counties including cities such as Aledo, Southlake, Westlake, Flower Mound, Trophy Club, Keller, Colleyville, Grapevine, Arlington, and Mansfield. With this broad knowledge base, she has helped many local buyers and sellers, as well as assisted numerous executives and their families in relocating to the D/FW area.
Melinda has two children and lives in the Overton Park neighborhood near Texas Christian University. When she is not working with her real estate clients, she enjoys shopping for antiques and other "treasures" for her booth at a local antique mall.
