Michelle Perry works with a variety of clients with varying lifestyles and needs, so she has become an expert in the most sought after neighborhoods in Fort Worth and surrounding communities. Client centered, Michelle's commitment to the goals, needs and best interests of her clients is exceptional.
Prior to joining Williams Trew in the fall of 2007, she was a consistent top producer on The Dave Perry-Miller Team, Dave Perry-Miller & Associates in Dallas, Texas serving, Preston Hollow, The Park Cities, Lakewood, Bluffview and Briarwood. Michelle has continued that same consistent success while serving clients in Fort Worth. She is astute to financial matters - a background of twenty-one years with a Fortune 500 financial service company prior to becoming a Realtor. She remains cognizant that clients buying and selling upscale properties have unique concerns and she understands that confidentiality is of utmost importance. Having lived in eleven cities in five states she understands the dynamics of relocating to a new city. She was born an "Army Brat" to a fifth generation Texan father and a second generation New Mexican mother. She spent most of her formative years in New Mexico, went to college at LSU in Louisiana and lived and worked in New Orleans, LA before relocating to Texas in 2001. While living in New Orleans she developed a passion for design and architecture volunteering her time to restoring historic properties. She is a Historic House Specialist and holds memberships with Preservation Dallas and Historic Fort Worth.
On a personal note, she lives in the Westcliff/TCU area where she is raising her son, Robert, who is Capitan of the Paschal High School Golf Team. When she is not representing buyers and sellers in real estate transactions, you can find Michelle on the golf course following her son during his golf tournaments. She believes in giving back to her community and commits much of her time to volunteering for various charities and donating a portion of her sales to these charities.
