I love working with people and hearing their unique stories. We've all had vastly different experiences. I find it infinitely enjoyable to sit down with a new client and get to know them. After all, it's tough to believe you can confidently guide someone in the buying or selling process without understanding where they're coming from and where they're going. The bottom line is: it's my job to make an authentic connection. Everything else will flow out of this. I believe the best brokers have an innate desire and ability to truly understand their clients. Not to mention the local connections, strategic insights and proven experience to help them achieve their goals. I grew up in Baton Rogue and attended the Louisiana Tech where I received a degree in Marketing. I moved to Destin after graduation and was involved with home sales by 1999. I found that real estate was the perfect fit for me-it allowed me to help people on a very personal level. I've always operated on the premise that when you put clients first and never compromise standards, everything else will work itself out. This philosophy hasn't failed me yet. My business partner and I currently operate Scenic Sotheby's International, the highest-performing real estate office from Destin to Panama City Beach. Our affiliation with Sotheby's allows us to present distinguished properties to well-qualified buyers worldwide-as well as down the street. I continue to love the Emerald Coast as much as I did when I moved here 20 years ago. In fact, I still find myself taking sunrise photos of the coastal dune lake near my home every morning. I don't know what I'll do with all those photos, but I can't seem to help myself. The beauty of this area is overwhelming. And I consider it a huge privilege to help clients discover a personal vantage point to enjoy it from. In my off time, I enjoy paddle boarding and exploring the beaches with my two boys and dog, Junior. I'm also an avid drone pilot and take many of the aerial videos you see on MorarGroup.com.
