Kurt Zschau

Real Estate Professional in St. Johnsbury, Vermont United States
After leaving Martha's Vineyard for college Kurt headed to the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont to attend Sterling College, launching a career in the natural resource management field. After completing his schooling in Maine, Kurt and his wife moved back to Vermont, settling in Danville to raise a family. Kurt and his family are very active in the community, whether volunteering with local non-profits or pursuing all the recreational activities the region has to offer. Kurt serves on the Advisory Board for the Vermont Farm and Forest Viability Program, a state-wide program offering in-depth business and technical assistance to Vermont farm, food and forestry enterprises.

Kurt was previously the Vermont Manager for a highly regarded international consulting and real estate firm where he managed the sales and acquisitions of thousands of acres throughout Vermont and New England. In addition to holding his brokers license, Kurt is a forester and is completing his appraisal credential. With his natural resource and appraisal background, Kurt brings a unique and qualified perspective to the components that drive value in distinctive homes and country estates. Distinctive properties will elicit the emotional response many buyers need to pursue a property....its the decisions that come after that response that will determine the value of that legacy.
