In 1997 Molly Graw graduated from the University of Utah and earned her real estate license. She became a licensed broker in 1998 and has continued her passion for the industry ever since. Molly and her husband, a Manhattan Beach native, have two active, school-age boys. When she's not working, Molly enjoys spending time outdoors-at the beach or The Strand.

How do you give back to your community?
"Year after year I continue to coach youth soccer and volunteer countless hours in school classrooms. I speak to an inner-city school for Career Day and help host Clean the Beach events an nually. My charities include the Hermosa Beach Education Foundation, Breast Cancer Awareness and the Jimmy Miller Foundation."

What do your clients love about living in the South Bay?
"The cohesive relationship of highly educated and driv en people living in a laid-back beach community. In a nutshell, it's the ability to wear a nice pair of flip-flops to a top-notch restaurant. My clients also love the location of the beach communities. The airport, Downtown Los Angeles and sporting events are all an easy drive's distance."

Who is your typical client?
"I am a versatile agent; therefore my client base consists of a broad spectrum of growing families, investors, builders, first-time homebuyers and retired individuals/coupl es. I am always ready to work with whatever client need is in front of me."

In what ways do you provide top-notch service to your clients?
"I pride myself on giving my clients individual time and attention before, during and after the p urchase or sale of their home. I do not have assistants to do my work. When you work with me, you get me."

What's most rewarding about your work?
"The people who I meet and the relationships that are built over years of representation. Finding the right home, maximizing a sale and assisting clients with their needs are what keep me excited about my work."

"The ever-changing real estate market and the unique challenges each ch ange presents. I take pride in learning how to navigate and be a strong negotiator in every market condition."
