What does it take to be the be st in the business?
"Besides sleeping with your phone by your pillow, I'd say knowing the inventory. If you know every detail about the properties in the area, you will have a huge advantage when helping a client to buy or sell one. Negotiation ski lls and empathy are also important components."

What do your clients love about living in the South Bay?
"My clients love the community feeling you get while living in the Beach Cities. That brings up another point: THE BEACH! Nothing be ats the South Bay beaches. With great schools and community events, my clients have told me countless times that they will never move away."

Who is your typical client?
"I've worked with a wide range of clients-from the detail-oriented e ngineer type to the laidback, creative type. With each client I work with, I put forth the same effort, care and understanding. And each client teaches me something new."

In what ways do you provide top-notch service to your clients?
"By utilizing constant communication, I stay on the same page as my clients. By being detail-oriented and setting realistic expectations, I help relieve the stress that moving sometimes entails. I am quick to respond, am a wealth of knowledge and do not take on more responsibilities than my team can handle. My goal is to operate in a manner that will ensure you will want to work with me again and hopefully even refer me to others."
