A recipient of the prestigious Gold Star Top Producer Award at William Pitt Sotheby's International Realty, Kathy also received the Five Star Real Estate Award which is only given to the top 7% of realtors nationally and requires nominations from clients. Additionally, Kathy's diverse expertise is evident in the distinctive realtor designations for which she is a trained expert. Those designations include ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative, SRS (Seller Representative Specialist) and SRES (Senior Real Estate Representative).
