Prior to becoming a Realtor in 2002, I was an Executive at a Fortune 500 Company for 23 years in New York City. During my tenure at this company, I held many positions but most of them were in the Merchandising, Marketing and Sales Departments. I have applied my business acumen, marketing expertise and sales skills to my Real Estate Business. I am a high achiever and have very high standards for myself, for those professionals that I recommend to my clients and for the customer service that I provide.
I have been a full-time Realtor for 10 years and have loved every minute of it. When I first became a Realtor, I hired a professional real estate coach to teach me how to become one of the best and most respected Realtors in the industry. My one-on- one coaching has proven to be one of the best investments that I could have made. My combined attributes of professionalism, marketing expertise and focus on customer service have resulted in a successful career. I have also earned three important real estate designations that have also helped me service my clients the best way possible. These designations are awarded to those Realtors who have completed the required courses. I hold the following designations: ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), SRS (Seller Representative Specialist), SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist). I also completed the "Effective Negotiating Skills" course, and am able to negotiate on the behalf of the sellers and buyers that I represent to get them the best price possible for their home. I have received numerous Top Producer and Customer Service Awards. I also have Real Estate Management experience as I was an Associate Manager for a large real estate firm.
