Nancy Brazeau brings 25 years of sales and marketing experience to the Sotheby’s International Realty Canada Team. Her extensive background in sales includes eight years in sales and marketing with Niagara-on-the-Lake Vintage Inns during their period of acquisitions, growth and development and two years as General Manager of Queen’s Landing Inn and Conference Centre. Her two years as Vice President of Sales and Marketing of the five Groupe Germain Hotels located in Toronto, Quebec City and Montreal included the development of a corporate marketing plan, and the restructuring and training of the sales and reservations team. Her career in the luxury hotel sector is an excellent segue to the Sotheby’s brand and the many years in managing the expectations of her clients has prepared her for success in the real estate industry. Nancy has worked closely with many industry leaders and has a keen awareness of the value of networking and partnerships to get results. Her knowledge and leadership has been key to the successful opening and structuring of the Sotheby’s International Realty Canada office in Niagara-on-the-Lake. Her passion for the Niagara Region and contacts in the hotel, development, winery and arts are desirable qualities to her contacts and clients. Her success in luxury sales is attested to by having achieved the highest average sale in the Niagara Region of $798,000 in 2012.
