If I had a slogan, it would be 'I'll earn your trust.' And I always strive to do that. Many years ago I was helping friends and family find homes to buy, just for the fun of it. A friend and local Broker encouraged me to get licensed. I didn't really want to get into sales but realized my style could be different: "the anti-salesperson." That was in 1978 and I've been a matchmaker ever since. With over three decades of experience, a positive attitude and a commitment to getting the job done, I always offer a personable approach with proven techniques. Whether buying or selling, I treat every person as I would want to be treated. I strive to be an expert at all things real estate: from staging and marketing a property, to negotiation expertise with buyers or sellers, and finally, making sure my clients are happy with the results. I'm proud to have had the opportunity to work with so many interesting and wonderful clients and am honored they appreciate my unique skills. Buying or selling is serious business and I take that to heart.
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:
A resident of New England for 45 years, I've specialized in marketing and selling residential properties since 1978. I became an owner of Driscoll Real Estate in Redding CT in 1985, and enjoyed 10 successful years as a partner/broker. After selling the agency in 1995, I became an associate broker and affiliated first with Century 21 and later Coldwell Banker. During this time I was a top selling agent in Fairfield County, Connecticut. I relocated to NH and joined Tate & Foss Sotheby's International Realty in 2000. I continue to hold a broker license in both NH and CT and enjoy referrals nationwide. I have had many years of continuing education, including courses on home inspections, contracts, real estate finance, etc., and have earned the designation of Accredited Buyer's Agent.
COMMUNITY & PERSONALITY:
I live in Hampton with my husband Robert and our two rescue cats. We can walk to all of the restaurants and shops in town and we're just a short drive to the beach. We both enjoy renovation and have added personal touches to our 1920s American Foursquare colonial. Our NJ grandsons love to visit and ride their bikes to the playground and pizza shop. I'm fortunate to have many friends and ties to all the Seacoast towns and I support many local charities by volunteering and donating frequently. Two of my favorites are Womenaid of Portsmouth and NH SPCA.
'We want to say Thank You for all you did for us in the sale of our home. Your encouragement and support through every part of the sale was amazing. We look back at the rapid sale of our house to the perfect buyers to be nothing short of a miracle. You were very much a part of it all.'
