Upon her arrival to Rye, NH in 1975, Michelle focused on creating a wonderful home for her young family. As her children grew, the idea of assisting others in discovering the tranquility and small-town feel of the NH seacoast became intriguing. She knew the area was growing and wanted to be an integral part of helping others find a home and town in which they too could settle and enjoy all that the Seacoast has to offer. She started her Real Estate career in 1985 with what was then The Joycelyn Caulfield Agency and quickly found her niche in the local market. In 1995 Michelle was attracted to Tate and Foss because of their presence within her home town, the sales staff and their management team. From quaint seaside cottages to multi-million dollar estates, Michelle has guided all her clients through the buying process with grace, care and respect. Over the past 26 years, Michelle has honed her knowledge of the local towns, schools, mortgage lenders and craftsmen by not only working but living in the same community. When she works with her clients, the information download is so tremendous that she usually finds herself then selling to their family members, the rest of the medical practice or the rest of the neighborhood. She knows the homes, knows the area and knows how to convey that to her buyers and sellers. Other Realtors respect her deep understanding of the market and often ask for her consult and guidance. When not with clients you'll find her on one of our beautiful beaches or with one or more of her 7 grandchildren, whose parents have all found their way "back home"! Michelle is an active member of: National Association of Realtors (NAR), New Hampshire Association of Realtors (NHAR), Seacoast Board of Realtors (SBR), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI).
